Cottages

Marine Village Cottages is located on Point Au Roche along the shores of Lake Champlain. The Village has a half mile shoreline with two sandy beaches at either end, and four docks for fishing, swimming, or tying up your boat. There are lots of grassy areas on the property and plenty of room between cottages to provide privacy and elbow room. Marine Village is out in the countryside so there's no congestion - just peace and quiet.

Marine Village has 25 housekeeping cottages, which means that they're clean when you move in but that you're responsible for keeping the unit up while you're here and leaving it the same as you found it. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, an equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room with a fireplace.

Each cottage has a television that gets all the basic stations. There are no phones in the cottages, but we do have a payphone by the office in case you feel the need to contact the outside world.

We also have four mobile homes available, three of which have three bedrooms and an open deck; one has two bedrooms and a screened porch. All have a full bath, equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room area. The mobile homes are smaller than the cottages.
