Activities

With two beaches, three acres of parks and fields, a tennis court, basketball area, playground equipment, beach slide, horseshoe pit, volleyball area, and a softball diamond you'll never have a lack of things to do during your stay. We also have moorings available if you decide to bring a boat, and there is a New York State boat launch on our bay - about a quarter mile from our property. Good fishing can be had right off the end of any of our 4 large docks, and since we're out in the country, the area is a great place to walk, rollerblade or bicycle along the lakeshore roads.

About two miles from our door is the Point Au Roche State Park. It has a large beach and picnic area. There is also a network of hiking/biking trails through the woods along the lakeshore. They have some nature programs during the summer at the interpretive center.

Some summers we've had fishing tournaments for kids. Ask if there's anything planned during your stay.

If you're here during the July 4th period, you'll find many fireworks displays and celebrations in the area. Plattsburgh, Rouses Point, St. Albans, and Burlington all have activities and each is usually on a different night.
