Rental Information

General Information

  • No smoking allowed inside any cottages or houses 

  • There is a 3% fee for credit cards

  • The Occupancy Tax rate is 3%

  • A deposit of 33% is due at booking

  • $25 fee for all keys lost or not returned

  • Check in time is 4:00 pm

  • Check out time is 10:00 am

  • Absolutely no subletting permitted

  • Charcoal grills are available for use

  • No life guard on duty at beach

  • Maximum occupancy per cottage is 6-8 people

  • Maximum occupancy per mobile home 5-6 people

  • Maximum occupancy for the Point House is 12 people

  • Maximum occupancy for the Homestead House is 8-10 people

  • Maximum occupancy for the Log Home is 4-6 people

Cleaning Services

Pets

  • One pet permitted per unit

  • Pet fee is $50

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times

  • No pets permitted on beach

  • We provide you with a clean unit

  • Unit is cleaned before arrival

  • No maid service provided during your stay

  • All linens/pillows provided, beds made before arrival 

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation made within 45 days of your reservation will receive a refund, less a $50 administration fee.

  • Any cancellation made 14 days or fewer, prior to your reservation, 50% of deposit will be returned.

  • NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 14 days in advance.

  • NO REFUNDS if customer does not stay entire reservation
